MOSCOW, November 7 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's federal agency for nuclear power said Wednesday the country would supply uranium products to China for 11 years starting from 2010.
Russian state-controlled nuclear fuel and equipment exporter, Techsnabexport, and China's Nuclear Energy Industry Corporation signed a framework agreement Tuesday providing technical assistance for the fourth stage of a gas centrifuge plant to enrich uranium for Chinese nuclear reactors.
Russia and China, both nuclear powers, are signatories to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
