MOSCOW, November 8 (RIA Novosti) - Gazprom Neft said on Thursday its unconsolidated net profit calculated to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) grew 9.4% year-on-year in July-September 2007 to 19.33 billion rubles ($773 million).
The company, which is the oil-producing arm of Russian energy giant Gazprom [RTS: GAZP], said its net profit in the reporting period declined 19.95% quarter-on-quarter due to an increase in the production cost of oil and petroleum products, and growth of export duties.
Gazprom Neft said its unconsolidated net profit totaled 54.94 billion rubles (about $2.2 billion) in January-September 2007.
