MOSCOW, December 3 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Election Commission (CEC) said on Monday there is no evidence of violations that could call into question the results of the parliamentary elections.
CEC Secretary Nikolai Konkin said: "So far I see no reasons to doubt the legitimacy of these elections."
Parties that have cited fraud at Sunday's State Duma polls must present their evidence to the CEC, he said.
"I hope that parties will set out these statements as complaints and present them to the CEC. We can only talk about them after this is done," he said.
