BRUSSELS, December 5 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union will give a total of $73 million to Ukraine and Mororcco under its European Neighbourhood Policy, as support for the countries' commitment to reform, the European Commission said.
"Morocco will use its allocation of 28 million euros ($41 million) to reinforce its on-going programme for the reform of the public administration and Ukraine will spend its 22 million euros ($32 million) on further reforming its energy sector with a focus on energy efficiency and renewable energy," the EU executive body said in a news release
The European Commission said Ukraine had "consolidated its democratization process," while Morocco had "launched and implemented reforms in the fields of democracy, public administration and rule of law."
