MOSCOW, December 16 (RIA Novosti) - Four children and their mother were burnt to death following a fire that swept through a house in the Chelyabinsk Region in Russia's southern Urals, the local emergencies center said on Sunday.
The house, which was shared by two families, went ablaze early on Sunday, the emergencies center said.
"The fire engulfed the entire wooden building on an area of about 150 square meters and firefighters managed to put out the blaze only in three hours," the emergencies center said.
Work is under way to establish the cause of the fire, the emergencies center said.
