VORONEZH, January 18 (RIA Novosti) - The body of a newborn baby has been found dead on a rubbish dump in the central Russian Voronezh Region, a source in the local prosecutor's office said on Friday.
The baby had its umbilical cord wrapped around its neck.
An investigation is being carried out. Police have yet to determine the cause of death and how the body was brought to the dump.
