LVOV, February 7 (RIA Novosti) - An explosion went off in a three-storey apartment building in central Lvov, western Ukraine, on Thursday, injuring at least six, local emergency services said.
"Six people have been pulled out," a spokesman said, adding that more victims could still be under the rubble.
He said one woman had burns on 50% of her body.
The powerful explosion shattered windows and damaged nearby houses. Preliminary reports said the blast might have been caused by a gas leak.
