The attack which targeted the town of Jabalya left three more Palestinians seriously wounded.
In a separate attack, launched by Israel on the Palestinian police headquarters in west Gaza, two people were killed and three injured, local radio said. The building was located near the offices of Hamas Prime Minister Ismael Hania.
In all, Israeli air strikes have killed 27 Palestinians, including seven children, in less than in 24 hours.
Israel says missile strikes and raids against militants in Gaza are being carried out in an effort to halt Palestinian rocket attacks on Israel's southern cities and towns.
Russia's Foreign Ministry expressed concerns over the recent "eruption of violence" in Gaza, and urged the sides to "put an end to the deadly confrontation."
