MOSCOW, March 1 (RIA Novosti) -- President Vladimir Putin has held a meeting with permanent members of Russia's Security Council, a presidential spokesman said Saturday.
Alexei Gromov said the meeting addressed various aspects of domestic and foreign policy, without giving any details.
Permanent members include Russian Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov, Federation Council Speaker Sergei Mironov, State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov, First Deputy Prime Ministers Dmitry Medvedev and Sergei Ivanov, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev, Federal Security Service Director Nikolai Patrushev, Foreign Intelligence Service Director Mikhail Fradkov, and acting Security Council Secretary Valentin Sobolev.
