According to the poll of more than 1,400 travelers worldwide carried out last week, Paris has the most unfriendly hosts in Europe, followed by London.
Somewhat contradictorily, the list also ranked London as the city with the third "most friendly and helpful locals."
London's apparently unfriendly hosts do not appear to have pushed down tourist numbers, with the city remaining the most popular destination for this year, despite it being the most expensive. London and Paris also took the top spots for shopping, cuisine, and public parks.
Moscow's only appearance in the ranking was in the unfriendly host category. The site did not indicate how many respondents intended to visit the Russian capital this year.
Last year over 4.1 million foreign tourists visited Moscow, 7.5% more than the previous year. Germany had the largest number of tourists visiting the Russian capital, totaling over 296,000. The next four countries on the list were the United States, China, Britain, and France, respectively.
While topping several of the positive categories, London and Paris also took the top two spots for the continent's dirtiest cities.
Respondents considered Europe's cleanest city to be Zurich, followed by Copenhagen and Stockholm. However, the Swiss financial hub also came second among Europe's most boring cities, an honor won by Brussels.
