MOSCOW, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - Russian state-controlled crude producer Rosneft [RTS: ROSN] said on Tuesday its US GAAP net income grew 260%, year-on-year, in 2007 to $12.86 billion.
Revenues climbed 48.7% to $49.22 billion in the reporting period, Rosneft said.
The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased 93.6% to $14 billion last year.
Oil output by the company's subsidiaries, taking into account Rosneft's share in affiliated structures, grew 26.9% to 740 million barrels in 2007.
Last year, Rosneft produced 38.4 million metric tons of petrochemicals, including at mini oil refineries and plants owned by third parties, up 69.4% against 2006.
The company's gas production rose 15.5%, year-on-year, in 2007 to 15.7 billion cubic meters.
