MOSCOW, April 26 (RIA Novosti) - A man in the south Russian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria has been caught in possession of 1 kilogram of TNT, a local police source told RIA Novosti on Saturday.
Police the North Caucasus republic's capital, Nalchik, "arrested a man on Friday after a tip-off. Five 200-gram blocks of TNT were found in his home," the source said.
A probe is underway into the planned use of the explosives.
