MOSCOW, April 29 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from April 30 is 23.6471 rubles, up 4.34 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 36.8895 rubles, down 5.74 kopeks from Tuesday.
