MINSK, July 7 (RIA Novosti) - The Armed Forces of Belarus will hold comprehensive operational exercises at seven firing ranges throughout the country from October 15 through 21, a Defense Ministry spokesperson said on Monday.
Combined operations by forces from the defense, interior and emergencies ministries, as well as from the border guards, will involve some 8,500 troops, including 2,000 reservists, more than 300 military vehicles, and around 40 artillery pieces and aircraft.
