"An exhibition of 35 color and black and white photographs will be placed in Stoleshnikov Pereulok [central Moscow] in the open air," a spokesperson for the company 'marka:ff' said.
The exhibition will feature celebrities ranging from Audrey Hepburn to Brad Pitt.
Barillari is believed to have been an inspiration for Italian director Federico Fellini's 1960 film "La Dolce Vita", which features a news photographer named Paparazzo.
According to New York entertainment newspaper Variety, Barillari has had 78 cameras smashed and been punched by dozens of stars, including Frank Sinatra, Peter O'Toole, and Bruce Willis's bodyguards.
Along with his exhibition in the Russian capital, he will also give a paparazzi master class, sharing the secrets of his profession with visitors.
