MOSCOW, July 26 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow police have detained a Belarusian national found to be carrying a home-made bomb outside a train station in central Moscow, a police source said.
The man was stopped and searched outside the Belorussky Station on Friday. He was carrying "a home-made explosive device consisting of a casing from an F1 hand grenade loaded with 55 grams of TNT," the source said.
The man is being held at the local police station.
