MOSCOW, August 18 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for August 19 is 24.4898 rubles, down 1.56 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 36.1200 rubles, down 2.06 kopeks from Monday.
