JAKARTA, October 3 (RIA Novosti) - Rescuers found two more bodies on Friday from a boat carrying Indonesians that capsized three days ago off the Malaysian coast, bringing the total death toll to 14, local media said.

The barter trade boat bound for Indonesia was carrying some 140 people, believed to be mainly illegal Indonesian workers returning home for a Muslim festival. It sank off the coast of a port town 100 kilometers southwest of Kuala Lumpur.

"We believe that the boat capsized as it was overloaded. Most barter trade boats can only take between 70 and 80 people but this one was carrying 140 people. It's difficult for us to tell how many are still missing," local police chief ACP Mohamad Mat Yusof told reporters on Tuesday.

A total of 125 people were rescued from the vessel, and 103 of them were sent back to Indonesia on Thursday. The ship's captain and five crew members were taken into custody.
