MUNICH, October 6 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov and Bavaria's economics minister, Emilia Muller, opened an exhibition stand of the Moscow government at the 11th International Commercial Property Exhibition, Expo Real 2008, in Munich.
"Amid the crisis, which has hit the entire world, we have to show courage and activity as well as develop our contacts, which will serve as a basis for overcoming the current global economic situation," Luzhkov said.
At Expo Real, which ran from October 6 to 8 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre, Moscow introduced a number of projects on commercial property construction and city infrastructure development.
Luzhkov said Moscow's participation in Expo Real was increasing every year, and that the city authorities planned to strengthen the "business and friendly" ties with the Bavarian government in the future.rfrj
