MOSCOW, October 9 (RIA Novosti) - North Korea warned Thursday that repeated violations of its waters by South Korean warships are raising the prospect of a military clash in the Yellow Sea, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported.
North Korea's navy said a South Korean warship had entered its territorial waters in the Yellow Sea.
The navy command said it would "deal firmly with any violations of its sovereignty."
The two Koreas have a disputed maritime border in the Yellow Sea and often accuse each other of territorial violations.
