MOSCOW, October 11 (RIA Novosti) - Iran's new ambassador to Moscow has emphasized his country's commitment to developing its partnership with Russia, the Foreign Ministry said Saturday.
Mahmoud Reza Sadjadi presented his credentials Friday at the Foreign Ministry and held talks with Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Borodavkin.
According to the Russian ministry statement, the two "expressed mutual willingness to further strengthen the multi-layered relations of good-neighborliness and partnership between Moscow and Tehran."
The sides exchanged opinions on the many areas of Russian-Iranian cooperation, which includes military, technical and nuclear components.
