MOSCOW, October 15 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's industrial output grew at an annual rate of 6.3% in September and 5.4% in January-September, the country's top statistics body said on Wednesday.
The figures suggest that industrial output growth has accelerated after the summer slump, when production grew a mere 0.9% in June, 3.2% in July, and 4.7% in August.
Russia's Economic Development Ministry predicts that industrial output will grow 5.6% in 2008.
