Europe’s tallest building being built in Moscow
15:21 GMT 23.10.2008 (Updated: 19:47 GMT 19.10.2022) The 506 meter (1,660ft) high (including antenna-spire) Federation Complex is currently under construction in Moscow’s International Business Center. It will be 247 meters (810ft) taller than the current highest building, the Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt.
The latest engineering technology will be applied to the structure enabling it to withstand the aerial impact of an attacking plane.
