MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - A man is being questioned by police after officers discovered three mutilated bodies in a house in the Chelyabinsk Region in Russia's Urals, a local police source said on Monday.
The three people, one of them a woman, were killed in a violent axe attack.
"The body of a woman - the house owner - and two of her friends were discovered by a police officer on Sunday. According to experts they were killed as a result of several axe blows three days ago," the source said.
He said officers investigating the murders had arrested a local man.
Police believe the deaths were alcohol related, and occurred following a drunken argument.
