MOSCOW, November 20 (RIA Novosti) - The average one-issue readership of the English-language weekly Moscow News has been estimated at around 80,000 readers by a Russian media research company, TNS Gallup Media.
According to the company's National Readership Survey (NRS), the Average Issue Readership (AIR) index of the newspaper in Moscow stood at 79,500 readers in September-October 2009, almost twice as much The Moscow Times, published each weekday (41,400 readers).
The print edition readership of The Moscow News and The Moscow Times over the past half year stood at 314,200 and 358,300 readers, respectively.
TNS Gallup Media conducts its surveys among Russian-speaking respondents.
