MINSK, November 28 (RIA Novosti) - Minsk is expecting Russia to transfer the second $1 billion installment of a Russian loan to the country in February, Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov said on Friday.
"We recently received the first $1 billion tranche of a Russian loan, and there are prospects of receiving another $1 billion in February," Kobyakov said.
Russia issued Belarus a 15-year state loan at LIBOR +3% on November 18.
Last year Moscow granted Minsk a loan of $1.5 billion to be repaid over 15 years.
