MOSCOW, December 23 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for December 24 is 28.3359 rubles, up 6.77 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 39.6674 rubles, down 5.79 kopeks from Tuesday.
