NIZHNY NOVGOROD, December 24 (RIA Novosti) - A student in the Volga city of Nizhny Novgorod has been charged with killing his professor at a local academy after he failed to pass an exam, local investigators said on Wednesday.
The body of the professor at the Volga State Academy of Water Transport was discovered with a gunshot wound in his back on Monday. Police detained the student the same day on suspicion of the killing.
Local investigators said the student's professor had not given the student a credit for one of his subjects which had angered the student.
