MOSCOW, December 30 (RIA Novosti) - The Other Russia opposition coalition plans to hold another March of Dissent in Moscow on January 31, an executive committee member said on Tuesday.
"We will campaign for the freedom of assembly, an important issue amid the crisis," Alexander Averin said.
He said the organizers may not even apply for permission to hold the march with Moscow's authorities as they did not expect to receive authorization.
The latest marches were held in Moscow and St. Petersburg on December 14. The northwest Russian city hosted an authorized protest, but some 60 people were arrested after demonstrators tried to hold an unsanctioned meeting.
In downtown Moscow more than 90 people were arrested for trying to hold an unauthorized opposition rally.
