MOSCOW, December 30 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for December 31 is 29.3804 rubles, up 15.04 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 41.4411 rubles, down 18.83 kopeks from Tuesday.
