MOSCOW, January 11 (RIA Novosti) - Polish President Lech Kaczynski has once again demanded that Prime Minister Donald Tusk pay for his chartered trip to Brussels, a Polish daily reported on Sunday.
In mid-October, Tusk's office refused to provide a government plane for the head of state to fly to an EU summit in Brussels. The presidential staff had to charter a plane for Kaczynski, which created a political furor.
In December, the presidential administration said it would sue the prime minister's office for the $50,000 it had paid for the trip.
According to Rzeczpospolita, Tusk will shortly be presented with an ultimatum, and if he refuses to foot the bill, the president will go to court.
The prime minister's office has declined to comment on the situation.
