MOSCOW, February 3 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's oil output declined 1% year-on-year in January to 41 million tons (300 million barrels), and natural gas production fell 12.8% to 54.69 billion cubic meters, the Energy Ministry said on Tuesday.
The ministry's central dispatch department for the fuel and energy complex said crude exports fell 2.3% to 20.2 million tons, while gas exports plunged 74.1% to 12.35 billion cu m.
Gas production and exports were hit by the gas dispute with Ukraine.
