MOSCOW, February 24 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for February 25 is 36.0254 rubles, down 5.06 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 45.9108 rubles, up 50.19 kopeks from Tuesday.
