MOSCOW, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit has won a tender to be Gazprom's auditor in 2009, the Russian energy giant said on Wednesday.
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Audit offered its services for $7.8 million with a maximum price on all auditing services contracts set at $9 million, $700,000 lower than last year's ceiling.
ZAO PwC Audit is a company established under the laws of the Russian Federation and is a member of the PwC International Group of Companies, a global leader in auditing and consulting services.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit has been Gazprom's auditor since 1995.
