MOSCOW, May 3 (RIA Novosti) - An official from the city of Bronnitsy southeast of Moscow has committed a suicide, a source in Moscow Region police said on Sunday.
The body of Mikhail Kalistratov, first deputy head of the Bronnitsy administration, was found early on Sunday in his house, the source said.
"According to preliminary information, Kalistratov hanged himself but investigators are also checking the version of a possible crime," the source said.
Kalistratov was in charge of the utilities sector in the city's administration.
