MOSCOW, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for May 22 is 31.4586 rubles, down 34.23 kopeks from Thursday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Friday is 43.3562 rubles, up 11.02 kopeks from Thursday.
