MOSCOW, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov will preside over a roundtable at the St. Petersburg forum in early June, Deputy Economic Development Minister Stanislav Voskresensky said on Thursday.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held on June 4-6.
He said the roundtable, entitled “CIS, a Space for Cooperation. An Agenda for Tomorrow,” would provide a venue for discussion on economic integration, a customs union, and joint infrastructure projects.
He added that the roundtable would also address the impact of the global economic crisis.
Government officials and experts from Russia and other CIS countries are expended to attend.
