MOSCOW, July 20 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's general prosecutor and emergencies and interior ministers will visit South Ossetia on Tuesday, the South Ossetian press and media ministry said on Monday.
Yury Chaika, Sergei Shoigu and Rashid Nurgaliyev's visit comes after President Medvedev's controversial tour of the area recently.
The ministry said the Russian officials would attend the unveiling of two rural police stations, while the prosecutors would sign an interagency cooperation agreement.
The emergencies minister is expected to present South Ossetia's civil defense ministry with two fire engines.
The Russian dignitaries will also hand over textbooks for secondary school students.
