MOSCOW, August 17 (RIA Novosti) - A goal in the 87th minute against FC Moskva kept Spartak Moscow one point behind champions Rubin in the Russian Premier League at the weekend.
Yevgeny Makeyev's late strike gave Spartak a 2-1 home win after Rubin, who beat Moskva last week, had thrashed Terek Grozny 4-0, Alexander Bukharov grabbing a hat-trick.
In this week's Moscow derby, another late winner gave home side Lokomotiv a 2-1 win over CSKA. However, Dmitry Sychev's third goal in as many games looked well offside.
"The linesman did for us today," CSKA keeper Igor Akinfeyev told Sovetsky Sport. "People say the officials are only human, but so are we."
Zenit St. Petersburg, who said goodbye to manager Dick Advocaat earlier this week, came back from 2-0 down to Urals side Amkar, Igor Semshov scoring two in a 4-2 win.
Dynamo Moscow, still smarting from their Champions League defeat to Celtic, moved up to fourth with a 1-0 win away to Rostov.
Krylya Sovetov ended a slump that saw them drop from the top three to the lower half of the table with a 3-1 win at bottom side Khimki.
