MOSCOW, August 30 (RIA Novosti) - A pensioner in Russia's Yaroslavl Region shot three neighbors dead with a hunting rifle before killing himself, local police said.
"In the village of Lipovitsy on a household land plot, a pensioner killed three of his neighbors with an un-registered hunting rifle, and injured the bursar of a local school, before committing suicide," a police officer told RIA Novosti.
The victims were residents of Yaroslavl staying at their dachas. One worked at a private firm, one was unemployed, and one was a pensioner.
The investigation in the murders is ongoing.
