MOSCOW, September 17 (RIA Novosti) - The seventh round of Geneva talks on the situation in the Caucasus saw a frank exchange of views, the head of the Russian delegation said on Thursday.
"The discussions which have just finished were sufficiently pointed. The working group discussed the situation in the region and the need for a strengthening of security, and also issues of the inclusion of a binding document on non-force," Grigory Karasin said.
"The next Geneva meeting is due to take place in November," he added.
