UN, September 18 (RIA Novosti) - UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has condemned Friday's suicide car bombing in Pakistan that killed over 30 people.
The attack that occurred in the northwestern Pakistani city of Kohat killed 33 people and left about 80 injured.
Ban reiterated his "rejection of such indiscriminate and reprehensible acts of violence" and expressed condolences to the victims' families, his press service said.
Kohat is situated near the border with Afghanistan. Radical Islamists, including Taliban militants and Al Qaeda terrorists, are active in the region.
