GROZNY, October 3 (RIA Novosti) - Disrupted power supplies in Chechnya that left some 145,000 people without electricity have been resumed, a spokesman for the regional emergencies ministry said on Saturday.
"Electricity supplies in the Gudermes and Kurchaloi districts have been resumed in full volume by 6:00 Moscow time [2:00 GMT]," Timur Taisumov said.
