MOSCOW, November 4 (RIA Novosti) - Rubin Kazan drew 0-0 with Barcelona at home on Wednesday, putting up a good defense against the Catalan team's attacks two weeks after beating the European champions in Spain.
The match kicked off at 8:30 p.m. local time in the Tatar capital Kazan (17:30 GMT) and was shown live on Russia's NTV channel. Kazan and Barcelona both have five points now in Group F.
On October 21, goals from Alexander Ryzantsev and Gokdeniz Karadeniz gave Rubin a 2-1 win in the Nou Camp to put the Russian champions joint top on points of Champions League Group F with Barcelona and Dynamo Kiev.
