MOSCOW, November 5 (RIA Novosti) - Net capital inflow into Russia hit an estimated $10 billion in October, Central Bank First Deputy Chairman Alexei Ulyukaev said on Thursday.
Ulyukayev said, however, the Central Bank would stick to its capital outflow forecast of $42 billion in 2009.
Russia registered net capital outflow of $130 billion in 2008.
Net capital outflow from Russia slowed to $6 billion in September from $9.4 billion in August and $16 billion in July.
Ulyukayev earlier estimated net capital inflow in the fourth quarter of 2009 at $15-20 billion. Russia registered net capital outflow of over $60 billion in the first three quarters of the year.
