Four people were killed and six injured in an armed clash in the south Russian republic of Ingushetia on Friday, an Interior Ministry spokesman said.
He said the shootout was the result of a quarrel that broke out between representatives of two local clans in the village of Nizhniye Achaluki, in the Malgobek District.
In all, 11 people were involved in the shootout. The two clans had reportedly disagreed over control of a local quarry.
