Russia's gold and foreign exchange reserves decreased by $7.5 billion, or 1.66%, to $443.7 billion in week to December 11, the Central Bank of Russia said on Thursday.
The bank earlier said the reserves have grown 4.8% since the start of the year.
Russia's official holdings of international reserves comprise gold, foreign currency assets, International Monetary Fund (IMF) Special Drawing Rights (SDRs), Russia's Reserve Tranche Position (RTP) at the IMF, and other assets.
