One of the key discussions between Moscow and Ashgabat will be bilateral cooperation in the trade and economic sphere. Russia is one of Turkmenistan's leading trade partners.
During the presidential visit, Medvedev and Berdymukhamedov will open a new building at the Pushkin School, the only Russian-language school in Turkmenistan, which was opened in 2002.
