Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin took to the slopes together on Sunday at the Russian ski resort of Krasnaya Polyana.
The president and his family are spending the New Year holidays at the resort, which will host the alpine skiing events at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.
Medvedev and Putin went skiing and snowmobiling, and talked with other tourists. The president and prime minister posed for pictures with many of the skiers, and signed autographs.
The two leaders then moved inside, chatting over cups of tea at one of the resort's cafes.
Sochi won the right to host the 2014 Winter Olympics in July 2007 after a close race with South Korea's Pyeongchang and Austria's Salzburg.
