Bilateral trade between Russia and Croatia fell 30% in 2009, year-on-year, to $2.16 billion, the Croatian National Statistics Bureau said on Saturday.
Russia mainly exported energy to the former Yugoslav republic ($2 bln). Croatian exports to Russia were worth $154,000, the bureau said.
In 2008, bilateral trade reached $3.38 bln with Russian exports worth $3.2 bln.
Croatia's total imports in 2009 stood at $21.2 billion ($30.7 billion in 2008) while exports were $10.5 bln in 2009 and $14.1 billion in 2008.
